Mount Fort Academy is affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE, New Delhi), which conducts the ICSE (Class 10) and ISC (Class 12) examinations. The CISCE curriculum emphasizes a holistic and balanced approach, integrating languages, arts, and practical knowledge alongside core subjects. It offers a broad range of subjects providing students with flexibility, in choosing their subjects. The school promotes in-depth learning, critical thinking, and a project-based approach to education. Following a percentage-based grading system with detailed assessment criteria, CISCE is widely recognized for its strong emphasis on English, making it a preferred choice for students aspiring to pursue higher education globally. Mount Fort Academy is dedicated to nurturing individual talents and providing holistic education to children, aspiring them to become great citizens of the country in the years to come.
Foundational Stage:
At Mount Fort Academy, our early childhood curriculum (Toddlers to UKG) focuses on hands-on learning, allowing children to explore concepts through sensory activities and real-life experiences. Toddlers (2-3 years) engage in motor skills and language development, while PKG (3-4 years) introduces basic literacy, numeracy, and social skills. LKG (4-5 years) strengthens communication and problem-solving, and UKG (5-6 years) prepares children for formal schooling with reading, writing, and numeracy. Our approach nurtures curiosity, creativity, and confidence, making learning engaging and meaningful. We follow the curriculum designed by R&D department of CISCE in alignment with NEP 2020 to enable our students to develop 21st century skills.
